How do I add a KPI to the development conversation?

When building a template, you can select a KPI for each section using the 'Reporting' dropdown. You have the choice of Skill, Performance and Potential.

Note: If you want to use the 9-grid, it is important to measure at least 2 different KPIs in the development conversation.
