Within the Learned platform you can use the 'Conversations' module to evaluate your employees on predetermined KPIs. As an Admin you can add these KPIs to the conversation templates.
Create custom KPIs
In the Learned platform there are three default KPIs:
Skill coverage
Performance
Potential
Not only is it possible to customize the names of the default KPIs, but you can also create your own KPIs. To do this, go to your Development page in the left menu, select Conversations and navigate to the tab 'Templates'.
On this page you have a button 'KPIs' where you will find all defined KPIs.
By opening the pop-up you can adjust the names of the default KPIs and add new KPIs:
By adding custom KPIs, you can also plot the 9-grid report on these new KPIs. For example, you can create a 9-grid report on performance on goals versus core values.
