How can you evaluate an employee on performance in Learned?

To evaluate an employee's performance, a number of things can be looked at. Consider:

  • Effort and outcomes related to job-specific results and or KPIs.

  • Business goals of an employee

  • Effort related to internal projects

  • Contribution to the growth of the organisation

  • Job specific skills

  • Core values

To evaluate on job-related results or KPIs, you have the option of adding a question to a review theme/template that will automatically load the linked KPIs into the review form.

Furthermore, you can question all other subjects using a β€˜score’ question. Thus, a will use a standard scale.
