When you start building a template, you can select the following KPIs by default:
Skill coverage: this is linked to the skills in the role profile. Here you are tied to the rating scale that you've set up in Skills
Performance coverage: this can be linked to the business and learning objectives, but here you are also completely free to add other questions and set the rating scale
Potential coverage: this is usually linked to the coach to see if an employee is ready for the next step in his/her career, for example. Again, you are completely free to add any question and determine the rating scale
If you want to add your own custom KPI, you also have the option to do so.
