What type of surveys are there within Learned?

Within Learned, you can be invited to two different surveys:

  • Traditional survey: you will receive all the questions to answer at once.

  • Pulse survey: you will receive the questions spread over time to answer.

Note: Both survey types are in basis completed anonymously, unless the organisation decides otherwise.

How to get started with a survey

When you are invited to take a survey, you will see this on your Home screen under your To do's. From here, you can start the survey immediately.

Surveys can also be found on the Surveys page on the left side of the menu. From here, you can also start the survey, edit your answers while the survey is active, and view your results benchmarked against the organisations results.

Traditional survey

If you have been invited to participate in a traditional survey, you will find the survey on the Surveys page. Go to the survey, click 'Start' and get started with it.

The sidebar allows you to navigate through the different questions within the survey. When you have answered a question, a tick will appear in front of it. This shows you which question you have or have not answered.

If you have started the survey but do not have time to complete it, you can save your answers as a draft. You can pick up where you left off at another time by opening the survey again.

Once you have answered all survey questions, the survey status for you will also change to 'Completed'. You will still be able to edit your answers until the survey ends. After that, you will no longer be able to edit your answers.

Results

Under the 'Results' tab, you can see your answers with a score per theme. You can also see the organisation's results per theme. So you can see how you score per theme compared to the organisation.

Pulse survey

When you are invited to a Pulse survey, you will find it on the Surveys page. Go to the Pulse survey and click 'Start'.

With a Pulse survey, you are generally sent one question to answer each time, spread out over time. This survey will therefore cost you considerably less time than a traditional survey.

With a Pulse survey you also have the possibility to adjust your answer until the next Pulse survey question is ready for you to answer.

Results

Under the 'Results' tab, you can see your answers by pulse. In addition, you can also see the organisation's scores. So you get insight into how you score on a particular theme compared to the rest of the organisation.
