Onboard & Learn: Find interesting activities or learning paths here to get started with your development. Depending on your permissions and module settings, you can also add your own content to the library.
Note: Onboard & Learn can only be seen when the organization has activated the Onboard & Learn add-on.
Surveys: On the Surveys page you will find all the surveys you have been invited to. Here you can both take a new survey and view the old surveys. Want more information on how to get started with a Survey? Then read this article.
Note: Surveys is an add-on and you will only see it in the menu if your organization has activated the add-on.

When you click on your profile picture at the bottom left, you will see the following options:
Personal profile settings: Here you can set a language, email preferences, MFA and your calendar integration.
Notifications: Here you will find all notifications sent from Learned. When you have a new notification the orange dot will also be visible at your profile picture in the lower left corner of the menu bar.
Invitations: Here you will find any invitations to a team or other company account.
Next steps: Here you find an overview of all your open (next steps) action points from a 1-1 or evaluations.
Notepad: Here you can jot down private notes.
In addition, you also have the option to click through to the Learned help center via your profile picture and you can view the Learned product roadmap. Here you can also share your ideas for the platform with us.

If you have Admin rights in Learned and you click on your profile picture in the lower left, you will also see the following options in the submenu: Members, Teams, Company Settings, Log, Schedule and optional integrations.

Functiematrix - Admin only
If you have Admin rights in the platform, you will see the Function Matrix button at the bottom left. Through this button you can get started setting up Roles and Skills in the platform.

Reports (admin/coach)
At the bottom left of the menu also a button 'Reports'. If you click on this, you as admin and coach will find the different reports in Learned, depending on your company settings in Learned:
The coach is limited to only data from his/her own team members.
💡: The 9-grid report and skill report fall under the performance report
