Learned's menu structure

In this article, we will explain the menu structure in the platform and tell you where you can find everything.

Several products are available within Learned. Depending on which products are activated, the menu fills up on the left-hand side. Which products and functionalities you can all find here and where Admin can do the set-up for the different functionalities, you can read in this article.

Home

When you log in to Learned, you are taken directly to your Home page. Here you will find, among other things, the tasks that are open to you. Want more information on what you can find on your home page? Then read the following article: Your homepage in Learned.

Career:

When you go to the Career page, you can view your career path.

  • Career path: An overview of your current role and ambitions. Here you will also find your skill evaluations in a spider diagram.

Development:

When you go to the Development page, you can then click through to:

  • Conversations: This shows you an overview of all your development conversations. Want more information on how to get started with this? Then read this article.

  • 1:1 & Team meetings: This shows you an overview of all your 1:1 & team meetings. Want more information on how to get started with this? Then read this article.

  • Next steps: This is an overview of all your open next steps.

  • Goals: Here you find all your goals that you're working on. Want more information on how to set up a goal and start working on your goals? Then read this article.

  • Feedback: This shows you an overview of all given and received feedback. Want more information on how to get started with this? Then read this article.

Optional:

  • Onboard & Learn: Find interesting activities or learning paths to get started on your development. Depending on your rights and the module settings, you can also add content to the library yourself.

Note: You will only see Onboard & Learn if the organisation has also activated the Onboard and Learn add-on.

Surveys

On the Surveys page, you can find all the surveys you have been invited to. Here you can both complete a new survey and view the old surveys.

Note: Surveys is an add-on and you will only see it in the menu when your organisation has activated the add-on.

Profile picture

When you click on your profile picture at the bottom left, you have the following options:

  • Settings: Here you can set a language, email preferences, MFA and your calendar integration, among other things.

  • Invites: Here you will find any invitations to a team or other company account.

  • Notebook: Here you can write down private notes.

In addition, you also have the option to click through to the Learned help centre via your profile picture and you can view the Learned product roadmap. Here you can also share your ideas for the platform with us.

Extra options for Admin:

If you have Admin rights in Learned and you click on your profile picture in the bottom left, you will also see the following options in the submenu: Members, Teams, Company Settings, Log and Plan.

Job matrix - Admin only

If you have Admin rights in the platform, then you have a button for Job matrix bottom left in the menu. Via this button you can start setting up the Job library and Skill matrix.

Reports - Admin only

If you have Admin rights in the platform, you'll also see a 'Reports' button in the bottom left of the menu. If you click this, you will find the various reports in Learned:

  • Skills > Click here for more info on the skills report.

  • Performance > Click here for more info on the performance report.

  • Learning > Click here for more info on the learning report.

  • Engagement > Click here for more info on the engagement report.

  • Employee report

  • 9-grid > Click here for more info on the 9-grid report.
