Comparing offers from different service providers

Our updated Project Offers feature lets you compare offers from multiple services providers, making it even easier to choose the best offer.

📌 Make the most of the Project Offers comparison feature

  • View all the offers for a project in one place

  • Compare estimates for task costs and delivery timelines

  • Compare service provider profiles

  • Use the dedicated chat to speak to your VLO about your offers

  • Choose your preferred service provider

Find your Project Offers

  1. Once you’ve received suitable offers from service providers, you’ll be notified that you have Project Offers ready to review, compare, and accept

  2. Head to your dashboard to compare your Project Offers

☝️ This feature is only available once you have been invited to accept offers by your VLO. During the earlier preparatory stages, when the VLO is collecting relevant information and compiling offers, you won’t be able to see any Project Offers in your Legal Nodes account.

Understand your Project Offers

Each Project Offer contains the following information:

  1. The name of the service provider and their hourly rate

  2. Tasks listed in rows

  3. A total estimated price

Each task contains the following details:

  • The task name

  • An icon indicating who will perform the task (either the service provider or your VLO)

  • The status of the task (at this stage, this will always be set as “To Do”)

  • Under the heading “Estimate”, you can see the time required to complete each task (usually stated in days)

  • Under the heading “Price”, you can see if this task is covered by your monthly plan, set at an hourly rate, or estimated as a one-off cost

Toggle between different offers

Click the toggle button to switch between different offers

Compare service provider profiles

  1. Click “more info” under each service provider’s rate to learn more about them

  2. Find information including the range of services they provide and which languages they speak

Use the dedicated chat to speak to your VLO about your offers

  1. Open the chat in your Project Offers view

  2. Ask your VLO any questions on your Project Offers

Choose your preferred service provider

  1. Once you’ve decided which service provider you wish to use, click “I accept this offer”

  2. Your VLO will be notified of your choice and the work on your project can begin.
