You can change the order of files within a version list using drag-and-drop.
Steps to reorder files
Open the [Contracts] or [My templates] list.
Click the file you want to reorder to open the File detail page.
On the right side of the screen, click the [Versions] tab.
Hover your cursor to show the menu.Click [Sort].
Drag and drop the files to reorder them as needed.
Click [Save] to apply the new order.
A confirmation message, “The versions have been reordered”, will appear at the bottom of the screen.
