You can remove an uploaded contract or my template from its version list at any time.
Steps to remove a file
Open either the [Contracts] or [My templates] list.
Click the file you want to remove from the version list.
On the right side of the File Detail screen, click the [Versions] tab.
Hover your cursor to display the menu.Find the file you want to remove, then click […] → Remove from version list.
Confirm the message and click [Remove].
Once removed, you’ll see the confirmation message:
“The file has been removed from the version list.”Files removed from the version list can still be found anytime in your Contracts or My templates list.
⚠️ Notes
This action does not delete the file. To delete a file completely, see: How to delete uploaded files.
