This article explains how to search, filter, and sort executed contracts in the list view. To search across all data in LegalOn (files, clauses, and matters), see "How to Search Files, Clauses, Matters".

Eligible Users: All users in a contracted tenant
Access Rights:
Administrator
Editor
Contributor
Viewer
Only files for which you have access rights will appear in search results.
Ways to Search Executed Contracts
Executed contracts can be searched in four ways. You can also combine these methods for more accurate results:
Free-text Search
Go to [Contracts] and click the [Executed contracts] tab.
Enter a keyword in the search box and press Enter.
Searchable fields:
Contract text
File name
Contract title
Special provisions
Internal party name
Counterparty name
Narrow by Storage Location
From the [Executed contracts] tab, click the [Workspace] icon (top left) to select a storage location.
Filter Search Results
In the [Executed contracts] tab, you can use filters to further narrow down search results by more detailed criteria.
Click [Filter].
Select conditions to refine results.
Available filters include:
Language
Internal party name (*1)
Counterparty name (*1)
Contract type (main/sub/position)
Risk flag
Contract status
Assignee
Internal ID (*2)
Voucher number (*2)
Signing date
Effective date
Expiration date
Non-renewal notice deadline
Auto-renewal
Transaction amount
Contract custom fields (*3)
(*1) Multiple values can be specified (separate by spaces).
(*2) Matches exact phrases.

Sort by Contract Information
You can sort the [Executed contracts] tab by clicking column headers (ascending/descending):
Signing date
Effective date
Expiration date
Non-renewal notice deadline
File upload date
Examples of Search
Find contracts with empty fields
Use filters and check [Show only empty] under Internal party name, counterparty name, assignee, internal ID, voucher number, transaction amount, or custom fields.
For transaction amount, select [No value entered].
Search by date or transaction amount range
For signing date, effective date, expiration date, non-renewal notice deadline, or transaction amount:Select [Specify time period] and choose a date range from the calendar.
For transaction amount, choose [Specify range], select currency, and enter min/max values.
Search by assignee
Select [Assignee] and choose one or more users. You can also search by partial match of user name or email.
