With Reports, you can:

  • See the status of ongoing matters across your team to can assign work and spot risks early

  • Track how new and completed matters change over time, and review each member’s workload and performance

  • Track how long matters take to complete and how quickly first responses are sent, so you can see how response speed changes over time

Requirements

User type:

How to use the Reports View

Reports have three tabs. Use them depending on what you want to see to help assign work and improve your team’s workflow.

a: Volume

See past activity, such as how many matters were created and how many each member handled.

For details, see View Reports (Volume)”.

b: Speed

See how long each matter takes and how much time each team member spends, so you can better understand how work is handled.

For details, see View Reports (Speed)”.

c: Workload

See what everyone is working on now and how many matters are unassigned.

For details, see “View Reports (Workload)”.

⚠️Note:

Reports only include matters you have at least Viewer access to. As a result, the numbers may differ depending on who is viewing the report.

When to Use Reports

Daily check (Workload tab)

Check for unassigned matters and see if anyone is at risk of missing deadlines. Use this to assign work and follow up as needed.

Monthly review (Volume / Speed tabs)

Compare the number of new and completed matters from last month with past periods to understand changes in workload.

Check if requests from a specific department are increasing, and adjust your team setup or improve coordination.

Performance reviews and 1-on-1s (Workload / Speed / Volume tabs)

Use data like completed matters (quantity) and on-time delivery (quality) to support your feedback.

Check if work is unevenly distributed across the team and adjust assignments as needed.
