The Deal Analyser has a few new additions - here's everything you need to know.

  1. Target Metrics (new feature)
The Deal Analyser now starts with a set of default target metrics tailored to the deal strategy you choose. Based on your selected strategy, we automatically display the most relevant core metrics, so you can quickly assess whether a deal is profitable without unnecessary noise.
You can fully customise these target metrics to match your own investment criteria. Updates can be made directly within the Deal Analyser or globally from your Profile Settings under the Customisation tab, ensuring your preferences are
    applied consistently across all deals.

  2. Control Panel
The Control Panel allows users to adjust deal scenarios and the holding period, and instantly see how these changes impact key deal metrics. This makes it easier to test different assumptions and understand how a deal performs under various scenarios.

Deal scenarios can be updated directly within the Deal Analyser or globally from your Profile Settings under the Customisation tab, so your preferences stay consistent across all analyses.

  3. Property Info Tab
The new Property Info tab brings all deal details into one central place. You can view key property information such as specifications and location, add or edit a description, highlight key features, and upload property images. You can also add personal notes to capture your thoughts, questions, or anything you want to remember as you assess the deal.

  4. Deal Details Tab (previously Summary)
The Summary tab has been renamed to Deal Details. It provides a clear overview of the key deal information, including purchase details, loan information, and other ongoing monthly costs.

The Deal Analyser updates give you more control and clarity. Customisable target metrics, the Control Panel, and the new Property Info and Deal Details tabs make it easier to assess deals and tailor the tool to your strategy.
