How to Update a Maintenance Issue
Once a tenant reports a maintenance issue, you will receive an email report with the description of the maintenance issue. To view the whole application, click the orange ‘Go to Application’ button in the email.
You can also find maintenance reports by navigation to the ‘Maintenance Reports’ page in the ‘Manage’ tab.
2. Click on the report you want to view to see the full report including any photos.
3. Click on the bottom blue ‘Reply or Add a Note’ text to reply directly to the tenant about the status or an internal note to yourself about the report.
4. Click on the white ‘Edit Status’ button on the top right to either in progress or closed to keep both you and your tenant up to date on the progress of the maintenance. Then click the blue ‘Change Status’ button to save.
