The average time to verify your document is one hour from uploading it.
Verification gives us the opportunity to verify that you are the account holder and confirm that the details are correct and up-to-date. In most cases re-verification is not necessary.

Before you upload a document, please make sure it meets the requirements listed below:
Your name, date of birth, document series and number, as well as your image and signature, are clearly legible.
All pages of the document are clearly legible.
The size of the uploaded file does not exceed 15 MB.
Acceptable format (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf) has been used.
It is a digital photograph (scans or photocopies are not acceptable).
