Sending Messages in Bello

Let’s make communication easy, efficient, and maybe even a little fun. Whether you're nudging a participant or confirming a session, Bello’s built-in messaging keeps everything smooth and on brand.

Step 1: Head to the Messages Tab

First things first—go to your project and click on the Messages tab in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click “Create Message”

Smash that Create Message button (gently, of course). You’ll land in the message editor.

Step 3: Use a Messaging Template (Optional, but awesome)

Don’t feel like writing from scratch? We’ve got you. Bello lets you choose from pre-built templates—like appointment reminders, thank you notes, or follow-ups—so you can skip the blank page and get straight to the good stuff.

Just click on the Templates dropdown in the message editor and pick one that fits your vibe. You can still tweak the text to make it sound like you (or at least your best email-self).

Step 4: Draft Your Message

Give your message a title (just for you, not the participant), pick your recipient group, and type out your message. Add a sprinkle of personalization using smart fields like {first name} or {session date}.

✍️ Bello Tip: Drafts are auto-saved—because we’ve all been interrupted mid-thought.

Step 5: Schedule or Send

Feeling good about your message? Nice.

You can either:

  • Send Now – Instant delivery.

  • Schedule – Pick the perfect date and time and let Bello handle it while you sip coffee.

Step 6: Review Sent Messages

Want to double-check what’s already gone out? Click over to the Sent tab. You’ll see a neat list of all your messages, timestamps, and recipients. Transparent, tidy, and totally Bello.

Keep It Real: Messaging That Connects

  • Talk to your audience in the second person: “Don’t miss your session tomorrow!”

  • Keep it short, helpful, and friendly.

  • You can never go wrong with a message that’s confident, clear, and just a touch witty.

And that’s it—you’re now officially a Messaging Maestro 🥁

If you ever need a hand, we’re always right here in the chat.
