After you invite someone, they receive an email with a link to set up their login. They click it, create their password, and land in their portal. They do not need a platform account beforehand, since the invitation creates their access.

What they can do once they are in
It depends on the role you gave them, and there are two separate sets of roles on the platform.
On your own team, people are an Admin or a member.
On a business or a deal, people are a Business Owner, a Collaborator, or a Partner.
These are two different vocabularies and they do not map onto each other, so check which one you are setting when you send the invite.
Worth knowing: admins in a management group have access to every business in their portal.
If the email never arrives
Ask them to check spam, and confirm the address you invited matches the one they are checking. If it still has not arrived, email contact@levr.ai with the invited address and we will look at it.
