When you create your account or accept an invitation, you set your own password during signup. Use a strong, unique password that meets the standard prompts shown on the setup screen. Levr protects your data with bank level security, including 256 bit encryption and SOC 2 compliance, with data encrypted both in transit and at rest. If you ever need to reset a password for yourself or a teammate, use the reset option on the login screen, and reach out through Intercom if you get stuck.
