How long do lenders usually take to respond, and what happens if one doesn't respond?

Response times depend on the lender and the loan product. For MCA and working capital deals through integrated lenders you can often see preliminary decisions within 24 to 48 hours, while bank and SBA products naturally run longer, from weeks to a couple of months. With Levr the bottleneck is usually on the lender's side, not yours, since your packaging and submission now take under an hour. If a lender goes quiet, you're never stuck waiting on a single option: you can message them in the deal room, submit the same packaged deal to other matched lenders, or use your own external lenders. Levr also actively curates the marketplace and removes lenders who are consistently unresponsive, and if a specific lender has gone dark, flag it to the Levr team and we'll help nudge or reroute.
