If something on Libraro isn’t working quite right like a page is not loading or a button is not doing anything giving your browser a quick clean up can often fix it.

  • What Does This Mean?

When you use the internet, your device saves small bits of information from websites. This helps pages load faster when you visit them again. But sometimes, it can cause small errors.

Clearing your browser just means wiping away that saved information so everything can work properly again. It’s a bit like wiping the slate clean.

  • Easy Step by Step Guide

Here’s how to do it on most devices:

  1. Open the internet app or browser you normally use (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge).

  2. Look for the three dots or three lines usually in one of the top corners of the screen click on them.

  3. Choose Settings or History from the menu.

  4. Look for an option like Clear browsing data or Clear history.

  5. Tick the boxes next to things like:

    • “Stored images or files”

    • “Browsing history”

  6. Click the Clear or Delete button.

That’s it! You’re not deleting anything important like your photos or passwords just old clutter that may be slowing things down.

  • Try Again

Once that’s done:

  • Close the browser

  • Reopen it

  • Go back to Libraro and try the same action again

It should now work better!
