In order to to access your organization's Autoship, you will first need to be linked or added to your organization's account.
To link yourself to your organization's account, log in to https://my.lifeway.com/ and click the "Link An Organization" button. Enter your organization's 10-digit account number and PIN. then click "Confirm."
Alternatively, you may contact an existing Admin of your organization's account and request to be added as a Purchaser. If this person is no longer at your organization, or unable to assist, please contact our Customer Support Team at 800-458-2772.
Once you have linked yourself to your organization, or have been added as a Purchaser, you may navigate to your organization's account and click the "Autoship" tab to view or edit your Autoship.
