How do I find my existing church account?

If you are unable to create a new account because one already exists, we recommend these steps.

If you received this message while trying to create a church account, your church (or billing) account may already exist.

Please review these options to get access.

  1. Contact your church administrator who might have records of an existing account number, and can add you as a purchaser, administrator or billing manager.

  2. If you cannot contact your administrator, please call 1-800-458-2772 or chat our support team and include the church name and address. They may be able to help get you access.

  3. If you have an existing Ministry Grid church profile, but have not set up an account number, you should be able to complete the form to create a new account.
