Redemption codes are unique, single‑use codes that unlock digital content (like videos or eBooks) tied to certain Lifeway products. You enter the code at https://my.lifeway.com/redeem while signed in to your account, and the content is added to your Digital Library. You only redeem it once.
Common issues and fixes:
Code already redeemed – It’s linked to the account that used it first. Sign in to that account to access the content.
Invalid code – Double‑check characters (O vs 0, L vs 1) and enter it in uppercase.
Unreadable or missing code – Check the book carefully or request a replacement if it’s damaged.
Redeeming on mobile – Use a browser at the redeem page, not the app.
After redemption, you can watch the content in your Digital Library or the Lifeway On Demand app.
