Redemption Code Instructions
Redemption codes and instructions are typically located in the back of a Bible study book or leader kit.
The code is hidden behind a silver scratch-off bar—use a coin or similar object to reveal it.
How to Redeem Your Code
Go to my.lifeway.com.
Sign in to your Lifeway account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
Navigate to the “Redeem Code” tab and enter your redemption code.
Once redeemed, your digital products will be available anytime under the “Digital Media” tab.
Common Issues & Solutions
1. Confusing Letters
Redemption codes are case-sensitive—enter all letters in uppercase.
Double-check for similar characters:
L, I, and 1
O, Q, and 0
Typing errors in these characters are the most common cause of invalid codes.
2. Damaged or Hard-to-Read Code
Scratch gently to avoid damaging the code or the book.
If the code is unreadable or scratched off too hard, contact us for a replacement:
