Redemption Code Instructions
Redemption codes and instructions are typically located in the back of a Bible study book or leader kit. The code is hidden behind a silver scratch-off bar—use a coin or similar object to reveal it. Additionally, redemption codes may also be provided via email or included with other Lifeway products. Note that Ministry Grid does not use redemption codes; access to Ministry Grid is shared via Easy Links or email invites.
How to Redeem Your Code
Open a web browser and go to my.lifeway.com/redeem.
Sign in to your Lifeway account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
If you didn't land on the redeem page, locate “Redeem Code” option in the navigation or on the page.
Enter your redemption code in the provided box and click “Redeem.”
Once redeemed, the item will be added to your Digital Library for future access.
Common Issues & Solutions- Missing “Redeem Code” Button on Mobile Devices: Open a web browser on your mobile device or use a laptop/desktop to visit my.lifeway.com/redeem.- Redemption codes cannot be entered directly within the Lifeway On Demand app.
Use a web browser to redeem your code at my.lifeway.com/redeem. After redemption, you can access the content through your account and view it in the app.
1. Confusing Letters
Redemption codes are case-sensitive—enter all letters in uppercase.
Double-check for similar characters:
L, I, and 1
O, Q, and 0
Typing errors in these characters are the most common cause of invalid codes.
2. Damaged or Hard-to-Read Code
Scratch gently to avoid damaging the code or the book.
If the code is unreadable or scratched off too hard, contact us for a replacement:

3. Missing Code
Occasionally, books or kits may ship without a code.
If your item is missing a code, reach out via email, chat, or call 866-627-8553 for a new one.
