How to Access a Lifeway Video Bible Study Using a Redemption Code
Accessing your videos is very simple. Here’s what to do:
1. Go to the Lifeway redemption page
Visit https://my.lifeway.com/redeem.
This is the official page where all Lifeway digital content codes are redeemed.
2. Sign in (or create a Lifeway account)
You must be logged in so the videos can be added to your Digital Library.
If you don’t have an account yet, create one — it’s free.
3. Enter your redemption code
You’ll see a box labeled “Redeem”.
Paste or type your code into the field, then click Redeem.
4. Access your videos in the Digital Library
Once redeemed successfully, your videos will automatically appear under the Digital Media or Digital Library section of your account.
You do not need to enter the code again — it’s permanently tied to your account.
5. Watch your videos
You can watch the study:
On your computer through your Lifeway Digital Library
Through the Lifeway On Demand app, which offers features like downloads, offline viewing, and closed captions
On supported streaming devices (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV) if applicable
Where do I find my code?
Many Lifeway Bible study books include a code printed inside the back page under “Here’s Your Video Access.”
If you have trouble
If the code doesn’t work:
Make sure it hasn’t already been redeemed (you’ll get a “redemption limit” message if so)
Double-check that you typed the code correctly
