Digital access codes included with new products are intended for a single user and cannot be transferred or reused. When a code has already been redeemed, access remains tied to the original user's account and is no longer available to subsequent owners.
Because digital content is protected by copyright and licensing agreements, Lifeway is unable to provide replacement digital access codes with used, resold, or secondhand purchases.
If you need digital access, a new copy of the product or a separately available digital resource may need to be purchased.
