✅ How To Cancel Your Membership

  1. Login to The Lightup Hub

  2. Go to the Memberships page

  3. Scroll down to the bottom

  4. Click Cancel Membership

✨ Common Questions

✨ Do I receive a refund if I cancel?

You won’t automatically get a refund by cancelling. You’ll need to request one, and it must meet our refund policy (within 14 days and under 3 hours of use).

✨ How long do I have access for after cancelling?

You’ll still have full access until the end of your billing period! So don’t worry: you can keep learning until it officially ends.

✨ Where can I see when my membership ends?

Scroll to the bottom of the “Memberships” page: you’ll see the exact end date listed there!

✨ Can I pause my account?

No you cannot pause your account, but you’re always welcome to cancel and come back when you’re ready! We’ll be cheering you on when you do.

✨ I cannot cancel what do I do? Or I am on a once-off membership, do I need to cancel ?

If you cannot cancel, you are likely on a once-off membership, so you do not need to cancel as we do that automatically for you!
