You'll likely experience a time when you'll need to cancel an eDoc. Common reasons for canceling an eDoc include:
The recipient won't sign the eDoc
One of the recipients signed but made an error when signing
The wrong document got sent as an eDoc
In the event you need to cancel an eDoc, here's how.
To Cancel an eDoc:
Select eDocs in the Left-Hand Menu.
Select the agreement in progress.
Select the Cancel Agreement button in the upper-right corner.
Enter a reason for canceling the agreement.
Select Yes.
The associated task will be closed automatically.
Note: Canceling a sent eDoc will not return the eDoc or any KBA to your balances. Once an eDoc has been sent, regardless of whether it's been signed or not, that eDoc and any related KBA are deducted from your balances.
