Safari’s default Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting can block eDocs from appearing in Liscio.

This affects all Adobe products because Liscio uses a cookie to deliver fillable documents.

If you cannot access an eDoc in Safari, you must turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

To Turn Off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Select Safari at the top of your computer screen.

  3. Select Preferences from the menu bar.

  4. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.

  5. Refresh your Liscio page.

You should now be able to access the eDoc.

If you prefer not to turn off the setting, a different browser can be used to access eDocs.
