If a client submits a non-tax or organizer Request with missing information, you can reopen it to allow them to update their previous answers and upload additional files.

Re-Opening a Request
Navigate to the Requests Page or client's Account Timeline.
Find the Request that you wish to re-open.
Select the ellipses on the right to open the menu.
Select Re-Open.
Provide a custom message to the assignee explaining why the request is being re-opened.
Once finished, select Re-open to send back to the client.
Note: Only Requests in the Pending Review stage can be re-opened. Once a Request has been Archived, it can not be re-opened.
