If a client submits a Request that is missing information, re-opening the Request enables the client to update their previous answers and upload additional files.

Re-Opening a Request

  1. Navigate to the Requests Page or client's Account Timeline.

  2. Find the Request that you wish to re-open.

  3. Click the ellipses on the right to open the menu.

  4. Click Re-Open.

  5. Provide a custom message to the assignee explaining why the request is being re-opened.

  6. Once finished, click Re-open to send back to the client.

Note: Only Requests in the Pending Review stage can be re-opened. Once a Request has been Archived, it can not be re-opened.
