Editing Employee Info

Firm Admins have permission to edit the following employee information:

  • First, Middle, and Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Employee Role

  • Grant Signing Authority

  • Assign the Default Message Recipient

Note: Employees can edit their own Name, Job Title, and Phone Number from their profile.

How to Edit Employee Information

  1. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the bottom left corner > Admin

  2. Select Users and search for the firm user you want to change.

  3. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner to edit the contact.

  4. When done, Select Update Contact in the bottom right corner.

Changing an Employee’s Email Address

When an employee’s email address is updated:

  • They will receive two automated emails:

    • A notification sent to their previous email address.

    • An activation email sent to their new email address.

Troubleshooting:
If the employee does not receive the activation email or cannot log in, verify that their email address in Liscio is correct.
