The following employee info can be edited by Firm Admins only:
First, Middle, and Last Name
Job Title
Email Address
Phone Number
Employee Role
Grant Signing Authority
Assign the Default Message Recipient
Note: Employees have the ability to edit their own Name, Title, and Phone Number.
To edit:
Select the ellipses (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.
Select Admin.
Select Users.
Hover over the employee record and select the edit icon on the right-hand side.
