The following employee info can be edited by Firm Admins only:

  • First, Middle, and Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Employee Role

  • Grant Signing Authority

  • Assign the Default Message Recipient

Note: Employees have the ability to edit their own Name, Title, and Phone Number.

To edit:

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.

  2. Select Admin.

  3. Select Users.

  4. Hover over the employee record and select the edit icon on the right-hand side.
