To Dos serve as internal management, which allow you to send Tasks to your coworkers or to yourself.
To Dos are internal only and your clients cannot see them - the options to select an Account and/or Contact only exist so you can associate this internal task with the client it is relevant to.
Creating a To Do Task in Liscio
Select +Add New at the upper-left corner of your screen.
Select Task.
Select To Do.
Select the Employee.
Select the Account.
Select the Contact.
Enter a Subject and Description, or select a task template from the subject line.
Enter a Description (if not already filled).
Select Create Task.
Note: Both Active and Archived Accounts and Contacts will appear as options. This allows internal tasks to be assigned even if an Account or Contact is no longer active.
