Tracking Request Progress in Liscio
The Requests feature in Liscio gives you multiple ways to track your clients’ progress in real time. Whether you’re managing an organizer, monthly close list, tax questionnaire, or CSAT survey, Liscio makes it easy to stay up-to-date.
Every Request in Liscio includes its own Progress Bar, which updates instantly as clients respond. You can click on any Request to view client answers immediately—no more waiting for a full paper organizer to arrive through the mail. As soon as you have the information you need, even if the Request is not fully complete, you can retrieve the responses and begin working.
If a client calls in, you can open their Request and view exactly what they see on your end, making collaboration seamless.

Additionally, the Requests appear on both the Account Timeline and Contact Timeline for the recipient and Account the Request is tied to, where you can also see the Request's progress.
