đ˘ Can I Change My Installment Dates After Splitting Rent?
Yes, you can edit your future unpaid installment dates directly in your Livble account - a few conditions apply. First installments cannot be changed.
đ Who Can Change Their Installment Dates?
Youâll see the Edit Plan option in your Livble widget or app if:
Your rent was split at least 3 days ago
You still have an outstanding balance
Youâre within the same month as your rent is due
You donât have a split-rent payment scheduled
If any of these conditions are not met, the Edit option will not appear.
đ What You Can and Canât Change
â You Can:
Move future, unpaid installment dates (excluding your first payment)
Reschedule to any weekday within the current service month
đŤ You Canât:
Move your first installmentâeven if it failed

Set installment dates less than 2 days apart
Schedule installments outside the current service month
Change the amount of an installment
If a selected date breaks one of these rules, youâll see an error before proceeding.
đ˛ How It Works (In-App Steps)
Tap Edit in your plan
Select the installment youâd like to change
Choose a valid new date
Confirm your reason for the change (weâll ask you to pick from a list)
Submit your updated schedule
Once confirmed, your plan will be updated and saved.
â Best Practices & Reminders
Installments scheduled outside your service month (e.g., a July plan with an August installment) can only be moved into the month of service, not elsewhere in the following month.
To avoid processing delays, we recommend setting all installments on or before the 25th of your service month. ACH payments can take 2â3 business days to fully process.
Installment amounts cannot be edited in-app. If you need to adjust the amount, contact Livble Support.
Frequent changes to your planâwhether dates or amountsâmay affect your future eligibility.
Reach out to Support if the Edit option isnât available and you believe youâre eligible.
