Livble reassesses your eligibility on a monthly basis by reviewing your repayment history and overall account activity. This reassessment determines whether you can continue using Livble’s services for the upcoming month.

If you become ineligible, Livble will notify you via the app or email. This notification typically comes near your rent due date, after your last installment for the current month has been processed.

What Happens If You’re Declined?

If you’re declined after reassessment, there are two possible scenarios:

  1. If You Have an Outstanding Balance
If your previous split-rent balance remains unpaid at the time of reassessment, you will continue to be charged the $30 membership fee each month until your balance is cleared. This ensures that your payment plan stays active and accessible until the debt is resolved.

  2. If You Have No Outstanding Balance
If you’ve cleared your balance and are declined, you will not be charged any further membership fees. Your account will remain inactive, and you will need to wait 90 days before reapplying.

Key Takeaways:

  • If declined and an outstanding balance remains: You will continue to be charged the membership fee until your balance is fully paid off.

  • If declined and no outstanding balance remains: You will not be charged further membership fees, and re-application is only available after 90 days.

Please note: As a returning user, if you have incurred a late fee from your landlord, you will not be eligible to reapply until that issue is resolved.
