When creating tasks on Llama Life, the default emoji will be the llama 🦙.
However, you can change the default emoji, as well as change each individual emoji, or use an emoji theme, on desktop and the iOS app.
How to change the default emoji
You can change the default emoji by changing the emoji just before you add a task. This new emoji will be your new default emoji. Or you can change the default emoji in Settings.
How to change each individual emoji
You can change the emoji for each task by selecting on the emoji and then choosing an emoji that works for you
How and why should I use the emoji?
For those who like using emojis (which you've probably noticed, includes us 👀😅) you can use them by:
Picking relevant emojis to the specific task 📲, 📗 📧
Highlight the urgency or importance 🔥 ‼️
How you feel about the task 🥰🤔
Having a theme for the day 🦀🦞
Or you can just have some fun 💃🏻 👻
Changing the skin tone for your emojis
You can change the skin tone for your emojis by clicking on an emoji, then clicking on the little circle located to the right of 'Select emoji'.
How to use the emoji themes (Emoji Me!)?
You can select an entire emoji theme and add them to your task list, or Llama Life can match a relevant emoji to your tasks for you!
To add an emoji theme to your task list:
Click on Emoji Me!
A drop down will appear with lots of emoji themes, select a theme
the theme will apply an emoji to each task on your list
Pick 'Match tasks!' and we will select a relevant emoji for each task
