Billing cycle

  • You're billed monthly, on the same day each month, starting the day you signed up.

  • Charges hit your card automatically.

  • You'll receive an emailed invoice/receipt after each successful payment.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit cards

  • For Enterprise customers, ACH and invoiced payment may be available — ask your Account Manager.

Where to find invoices

Account → BillingInvoice History. You can download any past invoice as a PDF for your records or your CPA.

Updating your payment method

Account → BillingPayment MethodUpdate Card.

We don't store full card numbers — payments are processed via a PCI-compliant payment provider.

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you immediately and retry the charge within 24 hours.

  2. If it fails again, we'll try once more in 3 days.

  3. After repeated failures, account access will be suspended until billing is resolved.

To avoid a lapse, update your card before it expires — Account → Billing → Payment Method.

Refunds & disputes

Refund and billing dispute questions are handled by our human support team. If you have a question about a charge, our team will look at your account directly and sort it out. Just message in chat and we'll connect you with a teammate.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  • No cancellation fees.

  • You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you want to come back.

Receipts for accounting / IRS

Every invoice download is itemized and IRS-ready. If your accountant needs a specific format, contact support and we'll help.
