In this document we will discuss how the document can be uploaded on a load from the LoadStop Mobile app.

Before you upload any document, make sure that you have an active load in the app. Once you open the mobile app, then from the main dashboard, go to the "Active Load" tab as can be seen below.

Once you open the load, click on the "Documents" tab from the top and then select the document type. If you cannot find the document type you are looking for then either click on "other" or click on the green-colored cross from the bottom right corner of the page.

Then select the document type, and then hit done. After that, you will get an option to take a picture or choose from the gallery.

Once the picture is taken, you can crop it and then save it by clicking on the button "keep scan". After that click on the "upload" button from the bottom right corner of the page.

Once you hit upload you can see all the documents that you have uploaded on the load as well.
