The TAMA dashboard is a display of all your applications. This article explores the dashboard functionality, such as allocating applications, managing statuses, and navigating to other functionality in TAMA.
When you login to your channel in TAMA, you can get to the Applications Dashboard by going to Solutions/Application Processing/Loan Applications:
The Loan Application dashboard lists all your applications, and here you can manage allocating to team members, statuses, filters and access other assessment functions within TAMA.
Allocating Applications
You are able to allocate applications to team members. You can allocate; and re-allocate at any time.
To allocate an application, find the application and click the checkbox on the left of the application entry:
You will note when you click the checkbox, the Allocate button is enabled, and you will get a counter (1) for how many apps you are allocating (you can do more than 1 at a time).
Use the dropdown box to select the person you want to allocate the application to:
When you have chosen the person, click "allocate":
You will then be prompted to confirm the allocation of a new co-ordinator. You will also be prompted with the option to reallocate all the open Omni tasks from the previous co-ordinator to the new co-ordinator. This will reallocate any open Omni action items that are configured to allocate to the applications co-ordinator.
You will then see in the display that Stephen is the current co-coordinator of the application:

Primary Statuses & Sub-Statuses
The TAMA Applications dashboard has a number of primary statuses that your applications can fall into; and which you can then use to filter your applications.
The primary statuses are the coloured statuses in the user interface. You will note that each of your applications will have a primary status:
You can filter on each of these statuses by clicking on the coloured icons and ticking only those that you want to view. Here I have ticked to see only those apps in "Assessment":
You will note that there are sub-statuses for each Primary Status. You can change the sub-status on an application by clicking on the 3 dots at the end of the application entry:
You will be presented with a popup with a number of functions. Choose "set Status":
You will presented with a popup tat lists all the available statuses to change to. You can scroll through the list, or use type-ahead functionality to search and find:
Whenever you change the status on an app, you are also given the opportunity to re-allocate the app to another team member, if makes sense:
When you have made the change, you will note 1) the substatus has changed and, if you have re-allocated, the current coordinated has changed:
All of this functionality is configurable. You are able to configure your Status and Sub-status values and definitions, who can edit statuses, automated status changes (workflow automation)and more. For an article focused on statuses, please click here.
Filters
There are a bunch of filters on the applications dashboard.
Filter by Status:
Filter by submitting entity (the broker):
Filter by current coordinator. This will be
pre-submission, the broker
after submission, one of your team-members
You can also search for specific applications:
You can also filter applications by urgency, see only your own (if you are current coordinator) etc:
Navigating to other TAMA functionality
TAMA has a whole lot more functionality to help you assess an application, and you can navigate to that functionality via the pencil, and 3 dots at the end of the application entry.
If you click on the Pencil, you can manage the high level details of the application, participants etc.
For more information on managing these details, please click here
When you click on the 3 dots, a popup appears with options to navigate to other sections of TAMA:
The options you are presented with will depend on your configuration.
