How to respond to all other reviews from TripAdvisor, Zomato, Yelp and Booking.com

Use Localyser’s indirect response feature to reply to reviews from platforms that don’t support direct responses.

✨ What’s the Indirect Response Feature?

It lets you prepare and track your replies within Localyser, then easily post them on the original review site.


📝 How to Post Your Response

  1. Click “Reply”
    Go to the review in your dashboard and click Reply.

  2. Choose Category and Language
    Select the most relevant category and response language.

  3. Write or Use a Template
    Pick a response template or write your own. You can always customize it to match the context of the review.

  4. Click “Post Manually”
    This will:

    • Copy your response automatically.

    • Open the review on the original site in a new tab.

  5. Paste and Submit on the Review Site
    Make sure you’re logged into your business account, paste the response under the review, and submit it.

  6. Confirm in Localyser
    Once done, return to Localyser and confirm whether the response was successfully posted.

    • Click Yes to save your response.

    • Click No if you didn’t complete it — the review will remain without a response.


By using the indirect response tool, you can manage and track replies to reviews across all platforms—right from your Localyser dashboard.
