Navigate to Response Settings:
Click on Settings in the side menu.
Select Response to access the response template management area.

In the response template management area, you will find pre-set responses already available.
These responses cover various categories and sentiments to address common scenarios.
Customizing Pre-Set Responses:
While the pre-set responses offer a starting point, you can customize them to align with your brand voice and specific business needs.
Edit the templates, adjust the content, and personalize them using replacement keys for a more tailored approach.
Adding New Response Templates

Localyser supports response templates in multiple languages and for different brands.
When creating or editing a template, use the language dropdown to select the desired language, ensuring culturally appropriate responses for different regions.
You can also select which brand you'd like to have a specific template for.

Organize response templates efficiently by assigning them to categories such as general, food delivery, or service.

Sentiment-Based Templates
Set up sentiment-based templates for specific star ratings.
