🔍 How to Access Feedback Analytics
Go to the Feedback section from the side menu.
Click on Analytics.
You’ll now see four graphs that give you insights into how your Feedback Tool is performing.
📈 Understanding the Analytics
Here’s what each graph means:
1. Funnel Activity
A funnel-shaped graph that shows the journey users take—from scanning the QR code to sharing a public review.
You’ll see:
Total visits to the Landing Page
Ratings submitted
Reviews shared online.
This helps you understand how many customers are completing each step.
2. Sentiment Breakdown
A bar graph displaying how many customers rated their experience with 1 to 5 stars. It gives you a quick snapshot of customer satisfaction levels.
3. Sentiment Analysis
A pie chart summarizing:
✅ Positive reviews (4-5 stars)
😐 Neutral reviews (3 stars)
❌ Negative reviews (1-2 stars)
This is helpful for gauging overall customer sentiment at a glance.
4. Source Breakdown
This pie chart shows where customers are posting their positive reviews (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor). It helps you identify which platforms are most effective in converting satisfied customers.

Go to the Reports section
Make sure Feedback is selected as a data source in the filters
