If you require additional time or wish to increase the number of attendees beyond what was originally booked, you must first obtain approval from the host. Any overtime incurred may be subject to additional charges based on the host’s stated overtime policy and per-person rates as outlined on their listing.
Requesting a Custom Quote
For any adjustments to time or guest count, the renter must request a revised custom quote through the Location Jewel platform. The host must issue a new custom offer clearly articulating the additional time, attendees, and associated fees. The renter must accept the revised offer through the platform for the changes to be valid.
Changes not processed through an accepted custom offer may not be recognized or supported by Location Jewel, LLC.
Please note - it is the renter's responsibility to ensure that any overtime charges and additional hours within custom quote are correct before accepting.
