Reporting Damages
All incidents involving property damage, personal harm, or misconduct should be reported promptly to Location Jewel, LLC. Please provide any supporting materials available, such as photographs, police reports, and related communications (e.g., messages exchanged through the platform).
Be advised that renters or hosts found responsible for damages or violations may be subject to additional fees, penalties, or permanent removal from the Location Jewel platform at the company's sole discretion.
Insurance and Permits
Location Jewel, LLC is not an insurance provider and does not offer insurance coverage for listings, properties, or rental activities.
It is the sole responsibility of the host (lister) to verify and obtain any required insurance policies, licenses, or permits necessary to operate their space and complete bookings.
