Reporting Damages
All incidents involving property damage, personal injury, or loss must be reported promptly to Location Jewel, LLC through the platform. Parties must submit all supporting documentation, including photographs, site representative reports, police reports (if applicable), and any relevant communications. Reports should be submitted within 48 hours of the rental's conclusion to ensure timely review and documentation.

Facilitation, Not Liability
Location Jewel, LLC acts solely as a neutral facilitator between hosts and renters in the event of a damage claim. We assist in collecting evidence and promoting communication between parties but do not mediate, arbitrate, or enforce financial settlements.
By using the platform, hosts and renters agree that Location Jewel, LLC is not a party to any disputes and bears no responsibility for the resolution of disputes or for covering losses or damages.

Responsibility of Hosts and Renters
Hosts and renters are individually responsible for resolving any claims related to damages, losses, or injuries arising out of rental activities. It is the host’s responsibility to establish any damage-related rules, including the requirement of a security deposit if desired, and to communicate such terms clearly in their listing.

Insurance Disclaimer
Location Jewel, LLC is not an insurance provider and does not offer or imply any insurance coverage for listings, properties, renters, or hosts. Hosts are strongly encouraged to obtain independent insurance coverage sufficient to protect against any potential damages, liabilities, or other risks associated with renting their space.

No Guarantee of Reimbursement
Location Jewel, LLC does not guarantee the reimbursement of any losses, damages, or claims between hosts and renters. Any financial compensation for damages must be agreed upon directly between the involved parties.
