Timely Communication
Respond to all messages, booking requests, and inquiries promptly. Accept or decline booking requests within 48 hours whenever possible. Timely communication builds trust and increases your chances of securing bookings.

Respect Platform Policies
Hosts are expected to adhere to Location Jewel’s policies. Personal advertising, solicitation of "side deals," hacking attempts, harassment, or disrespect toward renters are strictly prohibited. We foster a community rooted in professionalism, safety, and mutual respect — treating others as you would wish to be treated.

Guest Screening and Vetting
As the property owner or manager, you have full authority to accept or decline booking requests. While Location Jewel works diligently to remove problematic users, we encourage hosts to conduct walkthroughs with prospective renters or maintain clear communication through our platform to ensure the event or rental aligns with your expectations and comfort level.

Proper Documentation
In the event of a claim or dispute, thorough documentation is critical. Hosts should take photographs of their property, amenities, and any add-ons prior to the rental start time to establish a clear record of the property's original condition.

Secure Appropriate Insurance
Location Jewel, LLC is not an insurance provider and assumes **no liability for damages. t is the sole responsibility of the host to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and to verify that renters carry any necessary insurance for their event or activities.

Understand Payment and Fee Structures
Hosts should familiarize themselves with Location Jewel’s fee structure outlined in the Payments & Fees section. Understanding the service charges associated with using the platform helps ensure accurate financial expectations.

Tax Information
All payment processing and tax-related information are handled externally by our payment partner, Stripe. Hosts can access and manage their Stripe accounts directly through their Location Jewel dashboard.
