Managing your leads on lo:live

Updated over 10 months ago

Overview

The Pipeline is your central hub for managing campaign leads. Any time a brand adds your space to a campaign, it appears in your Pipeline. From here, you can review lead details, message the hirer, send nudges, and keep your lead flow organised by status. This guide walks through each feature and how to use it effectively.

Live Lead Tracking

What it is:
You can now view new leads in real time. The moment a hirer adds your space to a campaign, it’s captured in the Pipeline under the “New” tab.

How it works:

  • Each row represents a lead

  • The enquiry date shows when the brand added your space

  • Leads appear immediately after they take action

Why this matters:
You no longer need to monitor email threads or export campaign activity — it all updates automatically in one place.

Lead Organisation by Status

What it is:
Leads are grouped into tabs based on their progress:

  • New – hirers who recently added your space

  • Contacted – you’ve sent a message or nudge

  • Won – leads that have converted into bookings

  • Lost – leads marked as inactive or dropped

  • Archived – manually stored for reference

How to use it:

  • Use the status dropdown on each lead row to update the lead status

  • The updated status helps your team manage and prioritise follow-ups

Why this matters:
Organising your leads keeps your workflow clear and ensures important opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

Viewing Campaign and Lead Details

What it is:
Each lead has a detailed view showing campaign context, proposed activities, and budget.

Details you’ll see:

  • Enquiry date

  • Hirer company and contact

  • Whether a proactive message or nudge has been sent

  • Campaign name, brand, use of space, and sector

  • Campaign description

  • Proposed activity dates with pricing and status (Booked or Available)

Why this matters:
Knowing who the brand is and what they’re planning helps you personalise your outreach and prioritise higher-value campaigns.

Messaging Hirers

What it is:
You can send direct messages to brands who have added your space.

How to use it:

  1. Click the "View" button on any lead

  2. Click the "Message" button on the right-hand panel

  3. Type your message and send

Why this matters:
Messaging helps you respond quickly, ask for missing information, or offer availability to drive action.

Nudging leads to book or option a space

What it is:
A nudge is a prompt you can send to a hirer, asking them to either option or book a space.

When it’s available:
A nudge becomes available when the system detects valid dates proposed by the hirer.

How to use it:

  1. Click "Nudge" from the lead list or lead details

  2. Select either Option or Book as the nudge type

  3. Choose from the available campaign dates

  4. Add an optional message

  5. Click "Send Nudge"

Why this matters:
Nudging is a proactive way to move the conversation forward, helping brands take the next step in the booking journey.

Search and Filter

What it is:
You can search or filter leads to narrow down your view.

How to use it:

  • Use the search bar to look up campaign names or hirer companies

  • Use the filter button to sort by platform, date, or message status

Why this matters:
It makes it easy to manage hundreds of leads by focusing only on what’s relevant to you right now.

Best Practices

  • Review the "New" tab regularly to catch leads as they arrive

  • Prioritise leads where nudging is available

  • Update lead statuses to keep your pipeline clear

  • Respond to hirers within one or two days to stay top of mind

  • Use the campaign description and activity dates to guide your response
