Hello there! Let's talk about the emails Lockwell sends admins to keep you updated on everything important that's happening across your organization.
Admin Digest Email
Lockwell sends all admins on your team a "Digest email" that summarizes your organization's activity & security status.
This email is sent daily by default, but you can adjust it to weekly if you wish. Just follow these steps:
Login: Log into your Admin Dashboard
Settings: Browse to the
SettingspageEmail Frequency: Now, you'll spot an option for 'digest email frequency'. This is where you can choose how often you'd like to hear from us about your team's security and health.
And voila! You've successfully updated your digest email frequency. Remember, with Lockwell, staying on top of your team's security health is a breeze!
Lockwell's Admin Task Emails
Lockwell generates company management tasks for your org's admins to complete when required (we call these "Admin Tasks"). Whenever an admin task is generated, every admin on your team will receive an email notification.
If certain tasks aren't handled by an admin for 14 days, Lockwell will automatically act to complete the task and again email all admins on your team to let them know.
