What is the Lockwell Security Health Metrics & Color System?
Lockwell's security health system measures the security of your organization and every team member within it!
Security Metrics and Colors are displayed for everyone on your team across four categories: Total Services, Total Devices, Network Status (VPN), and Total Breaches. Your team's individual security metrics are used to calculate the average number of open issues.
The Color system indicates the critical level of open issues for the team:
Red
Any breach issues
If total # of issues per security tool averages more than 15 issues per user, that tool receives a red
If no users connected to VPN
Orange
If total # of issues per security tool averages more than 10 issues per user, that tool receives a orange
Yellow
If total # of issues per security tool averages more than 5 issues per user, that tool receives a yellow
Green
If total # of issues per security tool averages under 5 issues per user , that tool receives a green
If users are connected to VPN
In the example above, Blake's organization has a total of 31 Records in the vault. The color is Orange because the team has an average of 10.2 issues letting Blake know as the admin where security can be improved.
A Color indicator and total number of open issues is also displayed next to each individual team member's name.
Understanding Your Individual Security Health
We've made it easy for you to identify and locate where and what open issues need to be resolved among each person on your team.
If an individual user has:
Less than 5 issues = green
5-10 issues = yellow
10-15 issues = orange
15+ issues = red
Any breach issues = red
If there are too many open issues with an individual user it may raise the color indicator for the entire team!

Why It Matters: By looking at both individual user metrics and the team's average, you get a full view of your organization's online safety. The color system makes it simple and easy to keep a close watch on your company's cyber health! 🛡️
In the example below, this organization has multiple team members with open security issues related to their records (aka. accounts) as well as a breach, so their Records and Breaches are colored orange and red respectively.
