Your accounts form the backbone of your business activities. Lockwell's primary goal is to ensure these credentials are safe.

Account Security with Lockwell: Lockwell's password vault provides robust protection, ensuring that your business accounts remain shielded from unauthorized access.

Lockwell give admins a bird's eye view and control over all the services your team uses. As your team adds their accounts to the password vault, Lockwell:

  • Identifies the services your team is using

  • Automatically secures each service

    • Identifies whether two-factor authentication (2FA) protection available

    • Sets the service's security priority

    • Enforces 2FA usage across your team for high priority services

  • Monitors for vulnerabilities across your team's accounts for each service

  • Allows company admins to view & manage each service's security settings on the Services page in the Admin Dashboard.


Managing Your Organization's Services with Lockwell:

  1. Service Management:

    • Lockwell identifies the services your team is using and adds them to your organization's Services page in the admin dashboard.

    • Services are automatically protected with Lockwell's recommended security settings, including 2FA enforcement.

    • Lockwell informs company admins if a service hasn't been used across the team for an extended period of time, to help identify potential savings.

  2. Adjust the priority of a service.

    • High

      • Your org's highest priority services, including banking, hosting, etc.

      • 2FA is required across your team's critical service accounts, if available.

      • Lockwell frequently follows up with team members to resolve security issues.

    • Medium

      • Non-critical services that are still important to protect like travel, marketing, etc.

      • 2FA is required across your team's normal service accounts, if available.

      • Lockwell regularly follows up with team members to resolve security issues.

    • Low

      • Services that you deem unimportant from a security perspective.

      • Closes open associated issues + new issues don't generate for service.

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Controls:

    • Set whether 2FA is required for each service your team uses.

      • 2FA is required by default for High & Medium priority services.

    • Lockwell works with team members to setup 2FA on all required accounts

  • View Service Specifics:

    • See the accounts used by your team for each service, including each account's:

      • Owner, related security issues, 2FA status, password strength, and last login, updated, and created dates.

    • Monitor unresolved security issues related to each service.
