Approve or Deny Device Access to Lockwell

Everyone on your team can use Lockwell on up to 3 devices without any limitations. If someone on your team logs in on an extra device (4th onward) an admin will need to approve the new device before they can use Lockwell on it.

Approve or Deny a new Device

When a team member requests a new device, Lockwell emails all admins in your organization and generates an admin task for them to review. Open the admin dashboard to approve or deny the new device.

If no action is taken to approve or deny the new device for 14 days, Lockwell will automatically approve the new device request.

You can either:

  1. Approve or deny the new device via the admin task options

  2. Browse to the Pending tab of the Devices page and approve or disable the device from there
